I had a serious transmission problem. The dealer where I bought the car could not get me in for 6 weeks! I called Gettel Hyundai of Charlotte County on a Saturday morning. They gave me an The dealer where I bought the car could not get me in for 6 weeks! I called Gettel Hyundai of Charlotte County on a Saturday morning. They gave me an appointment for Monday morning. They diagnosed the car that it needed the transmission replaced. They went through my insurance papers and Hyundai's warranty, determined the work was covered and ordered a transmission. They got it 2 days later and I brought the car in and they gave me an Enterprise loaner car to use. The new transmission failed on the test drive. It took a couple weeks to get another one and install it. They continued to provide a loaner car to me. They did all that they could to take care of and this is the dealer I will use for on going service. More
