Trunk lock broken. Drive off lot with nothing trunk open and nothing to brace it down nor did the service try to secure until part came in nor was a rental car offered. Drive off lot with nothing trunk open and nothing to brace it down nor did the service try to secure until part came in nor was a rental car offered. Tried to secure myself with tape and what a disaster that was. Ended up paying $200 to get car detailed to remove the adhesive. Thank God it didn’t rain otherwise there would’ve been a terrible smell not the about mildew. After replacing lock, I have missing screws, where the fabric should be secured on the metal. I’m not happy with customer service. Although the young who scheduled the appointment was very kind. More
