Was told Lof would take 1hr 45 min. Actually took almost 2 1/2 hours. Asked service mgr if they could check brakes without tire rotation. He said yes. When I got my report it indica Actually took almost 2 1/2 hours. Asked service mgr if they could check brakes without tire rotation. He said yes. When I got my report it indicated brake inspection not performed. Ashley checked with mechanic and he said “oh I forgot to write it down”. And penciled in brakes were at 50 percent. Doesn’t give me much confidence that the brakes were looked at all. I understand a few mechanics called off and I could have been ok with 1 hr and 45 minutes but 2 and a half hrs for a simple oil change? More
