Service rep unable to access car care plan I Had to pay $96.12 and then file claim with hyundai. Agent stated service rep only needed to enter proper engine to access dealer claim. Service rep indicated this was a common problem. Company rep says that is b.s. Charge included a fee for using credit card and also applied a service fee - whatever that is. More
