OMG!!!!! PLEASE for the love of GOD Do NOT let what happened to me happen to you! First off, went in to buy a truck and they put me in a nice truck little h PLEASE for the love of GOD Do NOT let what happened to me happen to you! First off, went in to buy a truck and they put me in a nice truck little high on mileage but had it for a few then was told to bring it back. So I did, said too high milage bank wouldn't approve. So, they found me an even better truck, less milage. Less monthly payment. ONLY 640.00 For 2011. Anyways, it gets alot better. I also baught the extended platinum warranty. Good thing huh. Cause steering angle sensor went bad. That was not covered so I paid 500.00. Then I'm driving on the highway and my steering wheel feel in my LAP . Scary. Kids both peed themselves and me too! They got mad cause I didnt want to have them fix it. So, i took it to Weld County Garage and got my bill for 100.00 and a statement stating it was put back together or and installed incorrectly. I left it for a while, mind you I have been having my check engine light going on and off since I baught the thing. Well, long story short it was running lean both banks. Found out that it had 42 codes on the computer that was in the history of codes thrown by truck. Anyways, I put about 4200 dollars into it trying to fix it and keep it running. I had enough and said I have to take this into Ghent where I baught it and had my platinum warranty. I made an appt. Had me drop it off early in the morning and they never got to it so it stayed over night. In return they lied and said we are all out of rentals. I could tell there was still some animosities from last time they had my truck. They were made cause I didnt let them fix it after I could have died along with most of my family. Anyways, i get a call next day saying they cleaned out fuel injectors and everything was fixed. I thanked them and paid. Guess what my check engine light came right on as soon as i sat down. They said change the oil and drive it a few days. So I did. Still a check engine light so I took it back in. I find that gasoline is getting into my crankcase. If you dont know this means my engine is SHOT! They called and said will you give permission for us to take top half apart to see if warranty cover it? I said how much if it dont? She says 1872.00 and that is us just giving it back to you in the same condition. That isnt yo fix it. I guess that is standard procedure so an adjuster can look in engine. I said no way, they will say its normal wear and tear. So, now I have a vehicle that I owe 50000.00 on and it should have NEVER BEEN SOLD TO ANYONE with the code history and then sold a warranty. This truck is and was a lemon and it was easy all they had to do was clear the check engine light. I ended up getting a piece of paper on accident that was there copy and I only got 1 but there were 3 and it should all the warranty work done to the truck. I couldn't belive what I saw....... Just about everything besides the engine had been replaced. Why? Not sure. They were given an opportunity to call me. Tim Ervin or Bob Ghent and make this right. No CALL! Oh yeah and they made me pay them again to tell me they did a second diagnosis on it. That's wrong right there.!!!!!! I am beside myself they almost killed my family the first time now they have got my wife and I so stressed its killing us. Literally!!! I support my family and I have a business that I cant run now. Family I cant support. All cause they wanted to get rid of this vehicle. I am soooooo sad and hurt. They could have at least made it right and said we screwed up let us fix this. That's customer service. I'm not the first and wont be the last. I WILL NOT LET THEM WIN. IM NOT A VICTIM!!! More
