I bought a ford from Giles with an extended warranty started having problems with it brought it back to Giles they checked it said I had to bring it to ford dealer cause they didn’t have the software to started having problems with it brought it back to Giles they checked it said I had to bring it to ford dealer cause they didn’t have the software to check the problem brought it ford dealer ford said they did not except the extended warranty I bought from Giles cause they got burned twice and ford had to pay to fix the vehicle Giles did not tell me that ford does not except the warranty I bought this is not the first time this happened I read reviews from other people that had the same thing happen to them my opinion Giles does not care what happens after a vech is bought all they want is to take ur money so do not buy nothing from Giles cause they don’t really care More

After attempting to get my Nissan transmission repaired at an independent facility who after 1-1/2 years and $4600 dollars later it still wasn’t fixed. I bought a used ford from giles in lafeyette. also bought an extended warranty for it. now car needs work but have to bring it to ford dealer to get work done because giles does not have computer also bought an extended warranty for it. now car needs work but have to bring it to ford dealer to get work done because giles does not have computer soft ware for fords. brought it to ford dealer they said the warranty I bought they do not except because they got burned twice and had to eat the coast of repairs because the warranty would not pay them.so I will never buy nothing from from Giles cause they did not tell me ford would not except the warranty so now I am stuck with problem care can’t get fixed. that just goes to show u all Giles wants is every bodies money and dont care what happens after the vehicle is bought. there were others issues with this purchase. so all I will say is DO NOT buy extended warranty from Giles. sand if anybody ask me about Giles I will tell to go somewhere else to buy a vehicle NOT SATISFIED with Giles at all and this is not the only bad review snot this problem . suggest to read reviews about Giles before buying from them More
