Hi Mario, Thank you for your response. I just had 3 services after my car was purchased with Gillman Honda at Selma TX. During the 1st service - the plate screws on the bottom were not fixed properly and the plate was fixed after 2 days which really frustrated me, but somehow I was convinced. But after the 3rd service, I was trying to change the cabin filter. When I try to open the Glovebox - (1.) I see the black nob at the right side was not fixed and when I checked the cabin filter box - (2.) the outer box cover was flipped upside down and the (3.) filter was verified by your guys and again placed wrongly. was totally upset about these 3 main errors.(I took pictures of 2 errors) This is my first new vehicle which I bought from you guys and am much disappointed with the service you guys made. just did 3 services and 2 out of 3 is really a mess. Please let me know if you require any more information from me.

Hello, We’re so sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction, which is never our intention as we truly strive to serve our clients well. From my experience, I know these situations are difficult to navigate. I believe our best and only strategy in these situations is to provide repair options and let the client decide the best course of repair. As I see from the documentation, David did list an option to install the Honda replacement part. I’m not sure exactly why you didn’t choose this option but I’m fairly confident David facilitated the repair you did authorize or, at least, he believed it aligned with your approval. If you feel we did not perform the work you requested, we’ll gladly reimburse you the money you spent or apply those monies towards the repair listed in the recommendations section for your service invoice.
