I ordered a subaru part from them and it has been a NIGHTMARE. They sent me the wrong part even though I provided them the vin number of my car and they are refusing to refund me for the part even thou NIGHTMARE. I replied to earlier email requests for feedback and one telephone call for feedback. apparently, the dealership did not like what i had to say as I have had not one response except this request for feedba telephone call for feedback. apparently, the dealership did not like what i had to say as I have had not one response except this request for feedback. additionally, i wrote an email to Jeff, who supervised the sale, outlining the pluses and minuses of my Outback and did not even get a response that it had been read. I had high hopes for the Outback and have been disappointed in how it has worked out. I would only recommend a Subaru after some serious 'on board' test rides to explore the idiosyncrasies of the electronic systems on board. i find them frustrating at best and unreliable most of the time. Fuel economy is terrible. I am greatly saddened by this experience when i had hoped the Outback would meet my family's needs. Really disappointing. More
