My Review of Glanzmann Subaru:
I bought my Subaru from Glanzmann because they were by far the best Subaru dealer I dealt with. The whole staff was friendly, my saleswoman did not pressure me at all, and their price was competitive right from the start. I did not have to haggle and go back and forth with them to get a fair price. They were also fair with the value they gave me for my Ford. The whole process was fair, honest, and straight forward from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Glanzmann Subaru.

My Review of Glanzmann Subaru:
Have been taking both our Subaru's there for service 5+ years. Have generally resolved all issues. Taken us in on an emergency basis and looked at several problems with no charge several times. Rates have gotten more expensive recently.

Pleasant low pressure sales staff. Did not buy my Forester there because they were unable to match a below invoice quote from a farther away dealer ($500 cheaper).

My Review of Glanzmann Subaru:
I purchased a used Honda Accord wagon from this dealership. Prior to purchase I asked them to address a few mechanical issues. They complied and sent the work to a honda technician. 6 weeks after purchase I brought the car back in noting that there was a noticeable sound that was coming from the front, what I thought was drive-train related. They claimed not to hear the noise but instead put a new exhaust system in place - cost 50/50. Still noticing the noise after this repair I took the car to a Honda technician where an estimate for $1500 in repairs was suggested. Taking this to Glanzmann, they claimed that they could do nothing for me as their techs did not notice any of the suggested repairs from Honda. Each of the suggested repairs would fall under the warranty I held with Glanzmann. However, Glanzmann has declined responsibility and has sent me on my way. In other words, Glanzmann Subaru does not honor their contract and the terms of agreement in the warranty that is used as a selling point when pushing the car. They have pushed aside the most important part of their business - integrity. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
