My Review of Glendale Nissan:
The employees were initially very friendly but as we started to discuss on the price they started getting RUDE. The sales person there abused my wife just because she said WE NEED TO DISCUSS BEFORE WE BUY THE CAR. They have no respect for customers, the management is not concerned with anything. Very Importantly the cars there are overpriced. If you visit do not expect to be treated well. They donot care what you think, i would recommend going to different NISSAN dealers as these guys are not only rude but are here to over charge you.
BEWARE and thus I would recommend donot go for this dealer.

My Review of Glendale Nissan:
Went to this dealership with two things in mind low car payments and low total out the door price I got both. I also got one of the best vehicles on the market a Nissan Maxima which has one of the highest car satisfaction ratings out there. I am very happy with my purchase at Glendale Nissan in Los Angeles.

My Review of Glendale Nissan:
Said whatever it took to bring me in to the dealership. Right when I get there, they said the car I wanted was sold. There they wasted 3 hours of my time trying to push cars and deals that I did not want. Then they magically find the car I wanted but then wouldn't give me the deal they promised. So they basically lie to get you in, don't deliver anything as promised and give you ridiculous prices. Avoid at all costs!

My Review of Glendale Nissan:
Went looking for a Murano but then decided on a 2005 NIssan Altima after being told that it was too much for the monthly amount we wanted. We ended up purchasing the altima on MArch 2006 for 27000 including a 3000 down payment. LAter realized that the MSRP of the altima was around 19000 and it wasn't even new. Also discovered that we COULD HAVE gotten a MUrano for that price. So the dealership ripped us off not to mention the salesperson Alfonso. They made around a 7000+ profit/commision. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

My Review of Glendale Nissan:
Went in to try to purchase a used Sentra. To make a long story short I was not approved for the loan. After they had cashed my downpayment and had let me drive the car of the lot. They called me back saying that we have bad news, you have to bring the car back. That I could understand, it's really up to the banks if they want approve your loan or not. The bad thing about this dealership is they took over 3 months to return my $300 downpayment. Imagine for a lousy $300 dollars they had me jumping through hoops. Such a dissapointment for a so called high volume dealership. I spoke to several "managers" with no success. I actually had to speak to the general manager in order to get my $300 back. Oh by the way every so called finance manager I spoke said "I will call you back, let me look into this" I did not get a single return call from any of them.

My Review of Glendale Nissan:
At first look this dealership appears pretty old & run down & the salespeople are too agressive, they get in your face & are totally annoying. It turns out that the place is going through a complete make-over so I guess that explains the dealership's appearance, but that doesn't explain why the salespeople are the way they are. The only reason I purchased my new '05 Pathfinder here & why I rated this place so high is because I made my deal through the internet department with Adam & Raffie. Adam is the perfect example of what a car salesperson should be like. He was friendly, honest, straight-to-the-point & put no pressure on me to buy. I was able to negotiate a great deal & I would definitely recommend this dealership's INTERNET DEPT ONLY!!!

My Review of Glendale Nissan:
Don't waste your time to go there. I was lured in by their fake commercials about some deals for 2004 Altima but when I got there they claimed they're all out of the 04 Altima. Then when I was trying to leave the sales won't let me after I already told him that I was only interested in the 04 Altima. Then he didn't want to show me the prices on the used 03 Altimas first and just wanted to me fill out a credit check right away. Very annoying and totally unfriendly and rude when they realize you don't want to purchase a car from them!! At first they really faked it up and treated you like old friends then later it's just nasty attitude!
