My Review Of Glenview Mitsubishi:

It was a quick process but a very nice one! Luke and Rob took good care of me despite my having credit issues. they made me feel like I deserved to get what I wanted and worked to make the best offer possible within my means. They were very friendly and professional and really worked to make my experience memorable. The two of them make a great team! I love, love, love my car. There are a couple of minor cosmetic issues that need to be worked out with vehicle but other than that, I am over the moon about my car! Thanks Guys!!

Friendly atmosphere. The sales consultant (Rose Sternstein) and business manager (Robert Kreiman) weren't overly aggressive. They were patient and worked with me on the final sales contract. An overall pleasant experience.

Jose was great to deal with, as was Rob in the Business Office. Everyone we met at this dealership, including Rob in the Service Department and Sebastian was friendly and helpful and made our experience of purchasing a vehicle a pleasant one. We highly recommend this dealership!

My Review Of Glenview Mitsubishi:

I bought a used car that I saw advertised on ebay. I made the deal over the phone, buying this car as is. The salesman said there was nothing wrong with the car.

I did not look at the car. They said they could title this car in PA for me. I sent them a Bank check for the full amount to cover the purchase price, my PA sales tax and shipping to PA. They later found out they could not take out the PA sales tax and sent me a check for that amount, after I reminded them.

They received my payment in full on 12-13-12. They said they would have the car to me within one week.

I received the car on 12-24-12, it had a tire that was almost flat and an error message came on when you started the car that said that it was unsafe to drive.

I asked them about it they said that the car had no problems, and went through their shop.

When the car was delivered, the title was not with it. On Wed. 12-26-12 I called the Dealership and talked with a receptionist. I said I needed the title overnighted to me. The receptionist talked with Sebastian, who told him that I should receive the title within a week. I told him that I needed the title because I actually wanted to drive the car, not put Christmas lights on it.

I received the title the next day, but the dealership had signed it in the wrong place. I had to send it back to the Dealership. When I was on the phone with Rob the manager Thursday night, 12-27-12, and asked him what he was going to do about this he said to me " You have to understand my position, all I can do is say I am sorry".

Since I wanted to have a legally registered car to drive, I sent the title back to the Dealership. They received in on Friday at 9:19AM.

I received the correctly signed title on Monday 12-31-12. I had to pay PA sales tax tax on the full amount of the invoice, including my 6% sales tax, and the hauling charge, since they wrote up the invoice wrong, and did not itemize all the charges.

This Dealership treated me like it was a one time transaction, and I lived half the way across the country. Which is what it was and is where I am.

Very poor customer service, they could give a crap about me, once they had my money.

Lots of different people doing lots of talking and no accountability.

This was the worst car buying experience I ever had.

I bought my 2011 Rav4 from here. Great prices. Jose was great, friendly, never pushed and answered all our questions. He even let us hoist up the car and look underneath. Car runs great and I would return to buy another car here. Jose is honest and a great salesman. I'm recommending to all my friends.

My Review Of Glenview Mitsubishi:

One of the best car dealership experiences we've ever had! If you're tired of going to a car dealerships where their salesman have their hair slicked back and lies coming out like second nature, this place is NOT one of them. We had a very pleasant experience here.
Jose helped us right away and was very friendly and easy to relate to. He answered all of our questions and didn't mind finding out more information for us on the vehicle that we were interested in. He made sure that we were comfortable with our purchase and there was no pressure to buy buy buy. We were able to make a through inspection of the car so what we would have piece of mind.
There are a variety of cars here, so don't be limited to not going because it says Suzuki. I'm glad that they carry a good variety of cars, or else we would not have the pleasure of meeting Jose and all of the friendly team members there.

My Review Of Glenview Mitsubishi:

I contacted Matt online via cars.com and asked if the 2012 Chrysler Town and Country was still available. He told me it was and asked where I saw the vehicle? We continued to discuss the vehicle and I explained that I wanted the total cost upfront...in black in white. I would be coming in from out of state to purchase this vehicle and I didn't want any "surprises" and I wanted him to be straight with me from the get go. So, I was shocked when I spoke with him an hour later and got the following: We have changed the price of the vehicles by 10% due to the hurricane and the shortage of vehicles. So, the car you thought was 17,499 is now more than 19,000. What?????? I then explained that he couldn't do that because it is advertised on cars.com right NOW for 17,499. He then told me that they hadn't gotten around to correcting it yet. Well, that is NOT the customer's problem. And, it is false advertising to attempt to charge more after someone initially is told something else. He also told me that if I didn't buy now that it would be an additonal 33% more after the 1st of the year. I feel like I have been taken advantage of BIG TIME! I don't know what has happened to being honest and doing the right thing.

I went to this dealer because they had the car I was looking for. Their price was the best I found on the internet listing. I had to deal a bit to get the most convenient price, but at the end I left happy from this dealer.
Yes I would and will recommend Suzuki Glenview.
