Terrible customer service, deceptive practices on price quotes ( by not disclosing disposition fees at the end of the lease), almost impossible to reach a sales associate (numerous messages are left with t quotes ( by not disclosing disposition fees at the end of the lease), almost impossible to reach a sales associate (numerous messages are left with the "so-called" secretary/ operator with the promise that someone with the available information will call you back), but Nobody ever does call back. They are a bunch of arrogant people that act as if they're doing you a favor by you patronizing them. I'm so sorry that I leased a car from them and would warn anyone who is thinking of to steer clear. Beware! More
