Great Service, Great Car! I've worked with Terry Howard on and off for over a year in finding the right car, at the right price, at the right time. He was not a "pushy car salesman" just trying to make a sale, but instead was very personable and proactive in helping me find the perfect fit. When I was finally ready to sign the papers and buy a new car, Terry was actually on vacation, but when he found out I was ready to purchase, he still helped me close the deal and gave me a great customer service before, during, and after the sale - while he was on vacation nonetheless! When I called back a week after buying the car to purchase All-Weather floor and cargo mats - he ordered and had them shipped to my home within a couple of days! Pat Adkins was also great to work with and very good in explaining the various options, especially the Extended Service Plans on Maintenance and Warranty. Great dealership just watch final financing! Our salesman Fred Hogan was great to work with. Just very disappointed with final financing. We agreed upon a price and payment with Fred and then whe Our salesman Fred Hogan was great to work with. Just very disappointed with final financing. We agreed upon a price and payment with Fred and then when we were moved to Finance the payment changed significantly! This was even without a warranty! Once we told them we were not going to do it and decided to leave they quickly changed the pricing back to what we agreed on. Just watch final pricing....felt it was a very sneaky move. More
