After being a very loyal customer ,3 trucks later. . I called and talked with the GM Manager about a problem with the 4th truck I brought from them. I have bought 3 new trucks from the for my business!!! I work hand and hand with a very large plumbing business now, they was a very big customer of Glenn Smith until we talk over dinner!! He will also try the new dealer when he needs more dollys!! More
Went in for service, had an issue that was easily taken care of. While I was waiting a member of their sales team asked if I would like to see the newer version of my car. Worst service ever. Had an appointment yet they took people that came in after me plus they couldn’t even do what I asked them to do.
