excellant experience I hated to part with my 2013 patriot as I purchased it new and loved the color (winter chill-only available in 2013), but I knew it was time-John Sha I hated to part with my 2013 patriot as I purchased it new and loved the color (winter chill-only available in 2013), but I knew it was time-John Shave took me around the lot and we looked at the available new ones. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The best all around vehicle for me was the 2016 high altitude, as I wanted a rear back camera. It had more than I would have wanted on it but with the rebates, it made the most sense. They made a fair offer for my trade and the deal was cut in a relative short time. I took delivery of the car, it is not winter chill, but such is life. I wish they would bring back the color-oh well. So far everyone has been great at the dealership. I came from a small dealership in schoharie county where I got to know everyone there. Having not only purchased the patriot but also a grand caravan and a dakota.
