My Review of Golling Chrysler Jeep:
I went to this dealership to investigate options as my lease is about to expire.
The salesman was knowledgeable about the vehicle and arrainged for a test drive but insisted on accompanying us. Did not ask for drivers licences.
During the drive he asked where we got our current vehicle. On learning that it was at the same dealership he refused to show us any more vehicles stating that we had to work through the original representitive, from 3 years ago, even though he was not there and we stated that we did not mind and wanted to continue.
Needless to say, they will not be getting my business.

My Review of Golling Chrysler Jeep:
2001 Sebring We brought it in Saturday morning and were told by Tracey that it would be ready on Monday at 6pm. Monday, Tracey calls in afternoon, car won't be ready until 7pm. OK. Tracey calls back AGAIN at 5:30p to say that the car needs a shaft but only if the tech working on it breaks it. IF he doesn't break it then we don't need it and we should not have any issues with it in the future. But that it all depends on the mood of the technician! Tracey says she will call back and let us know when it will be done. At 8:30p, when no one had called, we called them and spoke to Jeremy and Karen. We were told Tracey left for the day and the car would definitely NOT be ready by the morning and to call Tracey in the morning. I called Tracey at 7:30am, she claims she never told us the car would be ready Monday at 6pm, she said she didn't leave until 7pm and that she called us at 6:30pm to tell us the car would not be ready (which she did not). Jeff Frank, the manager tells me Tracey left at 5pm so we must have spoke to KC. Then why did Tracey say she was there and called at 6:30pm? He had no clue! He just got caught in a lie! If you're going to lie to your customers, at least get your stories straight! P.S., I hope the technician working on your car is in a good mood, since according to Tracey, that determines what gets done! It's no wonder the US auto companies are losing market share.

My Review of Golling Chrysler Jeep:
With a vehicle under 1 year old, 13,400 miles, new shocks, rotors, brakes, and a tire balancing should not be needed. If so, it should be covered by the dealer. The dealer is saying the rotors are wear-and-tear, so they are not covered under the warrenty. We've owned 5 Jeep Wranglers, this has never happened before. The service department did not follow-through. We had to keep calling to check the status of the vehicle - the service advisor never called us. After being a loyal Jeep owner, this may be the last one we will ever own.
