I read reviews talking about Brian being a terrible sales manager and I see why. I inquired with Jeff about a 2023 Telluride and was sent a window sticker for a new car arriving in about a month (with the M manager and I see why. I inquired with Jeff about a 2023 Telluride and was sent a window sticker for a new car arriving in about a month (with the MSRP). After a few conversations I told him I'm interested and want to reserve it. He called me back to take the deposit and told me he forgot to mention they're charging $2000 over sticker which was never mentioned in prior conversations. I agreed to it, completed the application online, sent a copy of drivers license and credit card, and left a $1000 deposit to hold the vehicle. I get a call back a few days later saying his manager Brian took my name off of the car because they're actually charging $4000 over. Told him I wanted to talk to Brian who wasn't available. Stopped by the dealer a few days later and Brian wasn't there again. I spoke with the finance manager who was very understanding and said he would have Brian call me. A week passes and no call. Jeff calls me back after I reached out to him and says he refunded my deposit... NOT that they are willing to make up for their mistakes and earn a customer. Absolute joke of a dealership and refuse to step foot in any Golling dealership. Also will make sure everyone I know is aware of this experience. Way better options than working with snake dealers. More
