He tried to under cut the value of my trade in by telling me that my 2013 Veloster was unsafe and that selling it was next to impossible. He would not shut up about how good his deals were and how much better they were than everyone else. But I do suppose I should thank him because I was able to find a better deal on a much cooler car at Michaels Chevrolet in Issaquah. Mike talked me right out the door. More

Best experience in a looong time! I like probably many other car buyers can be very skeptical and cautious when it comes to car buying. We did our homework on the internet (recommended by Ken) and made an appointment (first time doing that). We were greeted with a friendly smile and firm handshake and the experience went from there. We looked at a couple of the vehicles I found on their website; a few had already been sold, but their extensive inventory on hand allowed us to really pick and choose based on what I really needed in the car. Israel drove with us and highlighted some of the "fun" features as well as many features that make this a great car (Malibu 1LT) and demo'd the On Star application for our smart phone. Really nice feature! Back at the lot, Ken met us again and very non pressured, asked us what we would like the next step to be. We made the decision to sit and pencil it out, talk about our trade in, and answer any questions that came up during our experience. Good Chevrolet (Ken and Isreal) allowed us to have a non pressure, educational buying experience that we feel everyone got a good deal when all said and done. Highly recommend!!!! More

I told him I wasn't going to purchase that day, but I would come in the next day possibly, he didn't pressure me to buy the car on the spot. The next day, Richard was busy so my parents and I worked with AJ. AJ was very helpful and worked with us for a few hours that day as well as the next. Finally, once I decided to purchase the car we worked with David in the financing department, very nice and great customer service! More
