Noticed water dripping from overhead sunroof controls onto the phone charger pad, called the service department and they moved mountains to get my wife’s Expedition in and also provide a loaner!!! When I left the car with Bradford, I told him that the tire pressure was @ 50 on all tires, he said it would be corrected. The tire pressure was unchanged when I picked up the vehicle. It was absolutely fantastic and the most accommodating experience I've ever had. I called them for an oil change, thinking it was going to be in the next few days and they were able to get me in right awa experience I've ever had.
