Our high miles, but solid Ford Explorer needed A/C service. We worked with Tim on this visit. Although the fix was not inexpensive--it never is with A/C repairs--Tim provided an accurate diagnosis a service. We worked with Tim on this visit. Although the fix was not inexpensive--it never is with A/C repairs--Tim provided an accurate diagnosis and valuable advice about what should be repaired and why. The Explorer's repaired A/C works like new and we expect to get many tens of thousands of additional miles of life from this vehicle. The service was very good. Mark is a great salesman. We have doing business with Mark for many years. Bought our last car there back in 2009. Brought my auto in on July 2 to fix air conditioner problem. Service dept installed a 1005 CPHT for $225.00. Next morning same problem appeared on my auto. Brought the car back on July 6. Was schedule problem. Service dept installed a 1005 CPHT for $225.00. Next morning same problem appeared on my auto. Brought the car back on July 6. Was scheduled for July7. Brought car in. Was told the car needed a HVAC Module for $495.00. I told them that I wasn't prepared to spend that kind of money when I wasn't sure the fix would work. The Service Advisor offered me 2 free oil changes. My changes are $50 apiece. I was to receive $100 worth of oil changes for $225 installation which was not the correct fix. I am not pleased with the service received. More
