The cleanest and most professional dealer I’ve had the pleasure of doing business for 10-20 years. From the moment arrive to the moment you drive away in your new ride, you’re speechless with how easy pleasure of doing business for 10-20 years. From the moment arrive to the moment you drive away in your new ride, you’re speechless with how easy and fast the process is. Your relaxed cause you know there’s no hidden fees or price increases and your getting the best deal in town. And the saleswoman Laura Kern! I won’t purchase a vehicle from anyone else. My last 5 have been from her. Her professionalism is unmatched! Her talents are amazing. I wouldn’t trust another dealer or saleswoman! Yall stuck with me for life! Thanks for all ya do! More
My daughter needed a more reliable vehicle for her college commute and found a used one on the lot of Gorno Ford. We met with salesman, Ray Herron and discussed the car. He reassured us that the vehic college commute and found a used one on the lot of Gorno Ford. We met with salesman, Ray Herron and discussed the car. He reassured us that the vehicle was dependable and said it was something he was comfortable letting his own child drive. It was clear that it needed new tires, brakes and a few other normal wear and tear items, which we accepted. However, just a week after purchase the engine light came on and the A/C quit working. Our independent mechanic found several serious issues, like a failed catalytic converter, failed power brake booster, failed a/c condenser, and an oil leak from the rear seal. Fortunately she had purchased an extended warranty which covered $3,600 worth of repairs. Unfortunately, the catalytic converter was not covered and will cost $2,100. So we reached out to the used car sales manager, Joe Giancana, hoping for some support. Instead we were met with arrogance, condescension and a lot of xx; stereotypical but true example of a “used car salesman.” Two examples: implying the oil leak wasn’t a big deal because they have brand new F-150’s on the lot with a “diaper” underneath because they leak & telling us how another dealership was so impressed with his sales performance, they wanted to recruit him-this had absolutely nothing to do with helping my daughter and only goes back to my earlier comment. BOTTOM LINE: Gorno Ford sold my daughter a vehicle with serious underlying issues and showed no accountability when those issues surfaced. While the warranty saved her from a much worse outcome, the lack of integrity and professionalism from the management was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership for a vehicle. As an added note: six months later, I decided to replace my vehicle. I ended up buying a brand new vehicle from another dealer. More

Honestly good experience all around, we did take a bit time finalizing the paper work due to a worker being sick for the day, but all in all good experience. I bought a 2016 ford explorer. The only that was disappointed it had no gas and they wouldn’t put any in and the car had only one key fob they wouldn’t give me another one. On use The only that was disappointed it had no gas and they wouldn’t put any in and the car had only one key fob they wouldn’t give me another one. On used cars after a certain year they don’t inspect the car. So you don’t know if there’s anything seriously wrong with the vehicle. I ended up spending 1300 on mine.. it needed brakes and bushings in the back. More
