I have 2 vehicles, a F150 (which was purchased from Gorno) and a Focus. I ALWAYS take my vehicles to this dealership for service needs because this dealership has been great. I recently moved out of state and still take my vehicles here to have warranty work done. I drove here from out of state to drop my 2015 Focus off for trans-shuttering to have the clutch replaced. Gorno has already replaced the clutch twice, so they obviously know about the issue (then again what Focus/Fiesta owner does not?) My car is my office so I rely heavily on it,; however I found the time to take it here to Gorno. I dropped it off on Wednesday and did not pick up the vehicle until the following Monday. Upon picking it up they did not repair the clutch because they could not repeat the issue! The best part is, the notes on the paperwork clearly state the car needs to be warm for the shutter to begin. They drove the car 7 miles, 7 miles! Not enough for the shutter to begin or the clutch to even get warm. So, basically I drove all this way for them to drive my car ONCE, for 7 miles, when they had it for 3 serviceable days. Glad they attempted to even repeat the issue! Driving my vehicle home it shuttered numerous times. I called and left a voicemail and no one returned my call. Their motto is "we love our customers" but you surely do not listen to them or treat them like you do. Never again! More

I was treated poorly by the staff and was offered a laughable amount for my trade in. I was offered +$2k more at every other place I visited without pressure. When I commented about this to the sales manager he proceeded to tell me I was naive and I better run and take the other offers if they were real. So I did! When the dealership I decided to do a deal with tried to trade for the car I was interested in at Gorno, Gorno told them that none of their cars of that model were available. Mind you, the car I was interested in had been sitting there for a year! Later that day, I received a text from Gorno saying that they would give me an amount closer to what I was asking for in my trade-in and that the car I wanted was actually still available. Really sketchy tactics. The staff in general was just really rude. When I walked in I wasn't even greeted by anyone. Many staff members walked right by me and I had to actually walk up to the counter and interrupt two staff members having a side conversation to get service. Overall, a really poor experience. I would recommend avoiding this place if you're looking for a fair and honest place to purchase or sell your car. More

Anyway, I needed to have my car serviced because of a recall on doors (provision 18N03) which it seems all Ford dealerships are aware of. So I decided to take my car to Gorno because it's relatively close to my home, so I take it in on 2/10/19 they have it a 1-1/2 days and they call me and say they need Ford to sign off on the repairs, now remember Ford knows about the recall and so do all the Ford dealerships. I checked with 3 other Ford dealers (including where I buy my cars BillBrown Ford) and everyone said no problem bring it in we don't have to contact anyone, and we don't know why you were told that. Gorno could have told me 1, we just don't want to or have time to fix your truck or 2, just made necessary calls to Ford before I even brought the truck in, if you needed authorization! So I'm taking to Crest who said they will fix and keep me informed of the progress. Customer service that's supposed to be number 1! More

Their solution was to have a porter put 38 pounds of air into each tire, so the low tire pressure warning would go off. The proper solution should have been: 1) Identify which tire was the problem 2) Evaluate the problem tire for possible loose valve stem or rim leak 3) Perform the repair as identified in 2) above It's past time for Gorno to perform warranty work as required by their contract with Ford Motor Company. Car was in when under warranty with same problem and code two months prior. It was returned quickly with a blow off excuse that I put the wrong gas in it. Now I have to pay for repair and they figure it out and charge me. I will not buy another car from Gorno or use their service department. More

Outstanding service department! We have 6 vehicles and 2 of them are Ford's. Everytime we have to deal with service on the fusion or the escape the customer service is excellent. Charged for services I did not authorize I brought my car in for service under warranty, which I purchased from Gorno when I purchased the car there. They charged me a $100 deductible, which I brought my car in for service under warranty, which I purchased from Gorno when I purchased the car there. They charged me a $100 deductible, which seemed pretty xxxx bogus to me. Had I known my warranty was out a Cracker Jack box I wouldn't have bothered. Mind you, this was not a cheap warranty I purchased, either. However, the real reason for this 1-star rating is this: I flippantly asked them to check the Sync system since I had brought the car in for another issue and figured it would be covered. When I came to pick my car up four days later, they said I had to pay another $50 for a "reset" of the Sync. Never did they inform me that this service was not covered. They never called to update me on my car or tell my about these charges; they just expected me to cough up the cash when I wanted my car back. Frankly, I could have reset my Sync system in my driveway on my own time. When I expressed how upset I was over these charges and the lack of communication, the service guy simply said, "You should have read your warranty more carefully." Talk about rude. I will be filing a complaint with Ford on the corporate level. More
