Purchase of Durango My wife and I stopped at Goss Dodge with the intention of looking at used Durangos to replace our aging van and put us in a vehicle with all wheel dri My wife and I stopped at Goss Dodge with the intention of looking at used Durangos to replace our aging van and put us in a vehicle with all wheel drive. It was our first time at the dealership and dealing in VT. All of the sales staff were very accomodating. Our representative throughout the process was Ben Trevail. He was outstanding. He did not pressure us at all and spent hours and a lot of patience finding the right vehicle for us. We ended up purchasing a new Durango for around the same price we expected to pay for a used one elsewhere. He was very knowledgable about the product and even helped us link our phones to the vehicle before leaving the dealership. Our sale was processed by Todd Tarte who worked equally hard to make the process as customer friendly as possible, to reach a payment that we were looking for, and helping to explain the other options available to us at the time of sale. Despite being a Red Sox fan he was very enjoyable to talk to and did not pressure us at all, instead working with us all the way. Both Trevail and Tarte made a large headache of buying a new vehicle easy and without question the most enjoyable experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. No question went unanswered, and the staff worked for us more than any other dealerships we had visited.
