Ben was very personable during the process and has a strong knowledge of the products they sell. Before we knew it we were taking the car for a test drive. Ben continued to answer any questions we had. Back at the dealership Ben completed his portion of the process. There was never any pressure to purchase the car or to look at other cars. Ben then introduced us to Kyle who took us through the financial portion. Kyle answered all of our questions and also has a strong working knowledge of the business, explaining all of our options. Again, there was never any pressure to purchase any one option over another. We did have one issue with the vehicle which we brought to Ben's attention. Ben quickly took the initiative and took our concern forward. Within a short period of time the issue was resolved and we couldn't be happier. THE BEST THE BEST! 10++++++ Bill and I were looking for a wrangler with a large list of 'MUSTS"! After combing NH (we are from southern NH) with no luck Scott Constantine at Will Bill and I were looking for a wrangler with a large list of 'MUSTS"! After combing NH (we are from southern NH) with no luck Scott Constantine at Willie Racine found what we wanted. Not only did he by chance have it tagged in Ohio but he was able to have it to us within 2 weeks of an email handshake minimal down payment. We took the 3.5 hour drive up, met Scott and as he promised the Jeep Wrangler Willys, Flame red and HOT HOT HOT was well worth the wait. Did a bit of gift giving, signed the papers, hopped in and drove home via The White Mountain route and 93 south. 300 miles of fun. Thanks Scott and the support team at Willie Racine for making the trip worth it. When we are ready to do this again we will make the drive north again.
