I had an appointment at 7AM, I dropped my truck off right before 7AM. I was told my work was too far for their complimentary transportation so I had to uber to and from work to the tune of about $60. I returned to the dealership and was told “I can’t get you an update right now because the technician who has your truck is out at lunch right now.” About an hour and 20 minutes later again I am told the technician is still on lunch and I’m wondering how long their lunch breaks are? I sat there another 2 hours and then decided to take a walk and see if I can see my truck. I found it parked in a lot. I asked for an update and was told “the technician isn’t at his desk and he’s not going to be able to get to your truck today. He might be able to get to it tomorrow but if not then Tuesday he will look at it. I was so mad and demanded my keys back and left. In total, my truck was there 9 hours and come to find out it was parked right after I left and untouched after that. What was the point of having the appointment? I tried to find compromises and asking if we could have at least someone diagnose the issue so I knew where to go from there..I was told that if they did that they’d have to be pulling a tech away from other customers..basically their way of saying they would be okay if I was inconvenienced but not others. Absolutely horrible experience and service advisor Joe Rosales was rude and condescending and didn’t offer any reasonable solutions. More

Initially, I wasn’t satisfied with the dealership. I wasn’t offered a loaner while my car was being serviced. (Issues beyond their control regarding receiving the necessary part for repair). More

Well I was lied to about our vehicle needing a starter. The car did not start since we took it to your shop, i was never contacted about it until Monday 8/11, but they ran a diagnostic saying BAD STARTER, The car did not start since we took it to your shop, i was never contacted about it until Monday 8/11, but they ran a diagnostic saying BAD STARTER, then you when a tow service picked it up to take to a different repair facility, the vehicle was started by the tow truck driver. Then you have the audacity to charge for a FALSE DIAGNOSTIC $169 and I need my money back More
