I would give this dealership, minus 10. I went in on Monday 2/16/26 wanting to lease a red Rogue. They did not have one but said they could get one the next day. They presented me with a lease deal that I could afford, and I signed papers and made a $500 down payment and first lease payment. They had me sign title over to them for my 2025 Murano SL with 1,200 miles (It was in the shop being repaired from an accident and I thought that the car may not be safe after the accident.) I called Tuesday, no return call, Wednesday, no return call, Thursday, the same. I went in on Friday; they told me I could not afford the lease unless I had a co-signer. A friend agreed, completed, and returned the papers they sent. Then they told me I still could not afford the red Rogue … that they never had on their lot. I asked them to please cancel the deal and get my Murano back. The sales manager came out and emphatically said it was not possible. He said they had already invested in my Murano, and they had taken title on Monday, 2/16, and that my Murano was their Murano. As a 77-year-old widow, I panicked, thinking that they have my Murano and I can’t afford a Rogue and I felt very pressured into buying a blue Sentra they had on the lot. On to the finance department. All I wanted was the gap insurance and I completed the deal on an iPad. When I went home, I realized they included a service contract for $2,795 and a tire contract for $750. My friend went in on Saturday, spoke to the general sales manager, and asked if they could rewind the deal and he said no. He said if they did that it would cost me $8,000 to $10,000 since the Sentra was now a one-owner car. Please stay as far away from this dealership as possible and don’t let this happen to you! More
Very dishonest with their online pricing. . They refused to give me an out the door price all day wanting me to drive 100 miles each way to get a great deal as they put it..Then they tried to . It turns out they have over $3000 in dealer added accessories to include: an environmental fee for $1000 what the heck is that fee for??? A $300 trunk tray in a pickup with a factory bed liner.. $500 to tint drivers and front passenger windows, $185 for $40 Nissan door handle protectors..$500 for factory floor mats are they gold lined??? the best weather tech and lazfits are less than half that. $75 Nissan factory wheel locks are an added charge of $250.. $170 for nitrogen in the tires. Don't waste your time trying to get a deal at Granbury Nissan.. Clearly price gouging at its finest.. Their website prices are a come on that doesn't include thousands in additional bogus accessory options charges.. They never would say what their fees on top of all this are but I assume that is several thousand more also... It is time we expose the bogus money grabs at stealerships.. More
Tania said anything to get me into the showroom which was 2 hours away from me. She said that she ran my numbers and I was approved. As I was telling her no, I don't have one, she had the audacity to ask my ride if she would co-sign for me. She lied to me and overstepped her bounds. Talk about a rope a dope! I will do everything I can to let the public know what really goes on at that dealership. I have a whole text conversation screenshot to prove it. DON'T DEAL WITH GRANBURY NISSAN AND TONIA. More

I have now purchased three separate vehicles from Granbury Nissan and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. I had purchased a pre-owned Rogue and it was unfortunately totaled out just two Granbury Nissan and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. I had purchased a pre-owned Rogue and it was unfortunately totaled out just two months after I bought it. They helped me get into another nicer, newer Rogue without making my payments go outside my budget! I would highly recommend shopping at Granbury Nissan for your next vehicle! More
I’m extremely disappointed with how David handled my experience at the dealership. From the start, communication was poor and unprofessional. Major issues with the vehicle were missed during inspection, experience at the dealership. From the start, communication was poor and unprofessional. Major issues with the vehicle were missed during inspection, and when I tried to get answers, I was met with attitude instead of accountability. It’s frustrating when a manager seems more interested in defending the dealership than actually helping a customer resolve a legitimate concern. After going back and forth several times, it became clear that my time and trust weren’t being respected. I expected transparency, professionalism, and basic follow-through — but unfortunately, that’s not what I received. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how customer concerns are handled in the future. More
