We bought a gently used truck 2 weeks ago, unfortunately found out in a snow storm that the 4 wheel drive doesn't work. We brought the truck back in to have it looked at...and was turned away!! They did NOT found out in a snow storm that the 4 wheel drive doesn't work. We brought the truck back in to have it looked at...and was turned away!! They did NOT stand behind the vehicle they sold. This is the 2nd time we've been burned by them! Never again will we buy anything from them. Beware!!! More

Very happy with the car buying experience here! My sales rep Matt responded to my request to see the vehicle extremely quickly. Had the car in pristine shape when I arrived to test drive it. Top Notch Service I had been truck shopping for about 4 months. I went to Grand Rapids GM to get a used truck. After talking with Dan I realized that the offered incent I had been truck shopping for about 4 months. I went to Grand Rapids GM to get a used truck. After talking with Dan I realized that the offered incentives through GM could get me into a new truck for even cheaper than used.
