I have written about this dealership before, and mentioned that I will never purchase here again. The only reason I ever set foot in there was because of their service department. Well, that's over mentioned that I will never purchase here again. The only reason I ever set foot in there was because of their service department. Well, that's over now. I had my son's Challenger in for service (prior to hitting 36k miles). Less than 6 months ago, they had to put a new trans in it. It started malfunctioning again, so they had to order parts, etc... to get it fixed along with some other minor warranty repairs. The right mud flap has come off 3 times (hangind by a thread). This is all after I had to fight with FCA to get the gas tank replace on my Ram for the THIRD TIME. Without just venting forever, I'm just going to list my issues: - No communication after the first text. Had to call multiple times to find out what was going on with the car. - Kept my son's car for two weeks. Only finished it when I kept calling. - No loaner vehicle. They are the only dealer in town not offering loaners for warranty work. Even Honda gave us a car to drive while they were working on my daughter's car. - Charged $45 to put a screw in a mud flap that was never fixed properly the first time. - Manager sat down at a computer and read back text messages to my son trying to explain that they weren't responsible for anything. Worst customer service I've ever had regarding a dealership. The sales department is just as bad if not worse. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because of Dakota Robinson. He is one of the best service advisors I've ever used. In my opinion he should be running things and training people. I will never go back to this dealer again. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. it is clear to me that customers do not matter to them. More
