Further into the negations that was rescinded and told there had been a deposit placed on it. Chris initially said he’d have no problem doing a dealer exchange but wanted $1000 deposit prior to putting out inquiries to other dealers. SERIOUSLY? You want $1000 deposit on a car that doesn’t exist for sure!?!? Ridiculous to even suggest such! Not interested in doing business in that fashion. Chris did text me later and said he’d go against company protocol and see if he could locate one. Moved on. Contacted a dealer near my other home and made a seamless purchase over the phone in less than 30 minutes. No market adjustment, no silly high profit useless mandatory options and no doc fee!! MSRP, tax and title and that was it. $500 deposit and delivery in less than 2 weeks! There are thankfully still a few reasonable dealerships around! More

Inquired about a car, salesman texted me and said give him 15 minutes. After about 3 hours I called back and spoke with another salesman who was extremely rude. When I asked a couple of basic questions him 15 minutes. After about 3 hours I called back and spoke with another salesman who was extremely rude. When I asked a couple of basic questions about the vehicle he informed me that they had approximately 180 used vehicles at any time and he couldn’t be expected to know everything about them. Then after a long pause he informs me that the one I inquired about has turbo problems. With that I ended the call. About a week later the initial “give me 15 minutes guy” texts me to say the vehicle I had inquired about was sold and asked if I was interested in anything else. Well if it takes you a week to get back to someone then of course it’s probably sold! All in all this was a terrible representation of a business. Just really gives the impression that the salesmen could care less about the customers or selling cars for that matter. There was absolutely nothing right about this interaction. More
The worst car by experience I have ever had. After lying to me about which lender they used for my account. They did not even submit my loan application to the bank that I specifically asked them to. Now on top of all of that, they will not answer the phone and refused to fix their lie. Do not go here! It’s interesting that their business cards say “I name you can trust”. I will have to give them credit. They are good at what they do and what they do is completely screw you over. I had Salesman Terran and finance manager Dave. Update: I called right now, and Dave said that they could fix my loan for a fee, but they were not willing to pay the fee to fix their mistake. This dealership overcharges for an oil change. Unlike other reviews for Grayson, we had an excellent experience with Mike Signore in the service department. My older husband had a miscommunication when setting up our service. They are horrible! Have had my car for over a month for a bumper repair. Didn't look at the car for 3 weeks and no the rental time has lapsed. The worst car experience I have ever had! I will never buy a car from them again. Ever!! When I purchased the Elantra I got left in the middle of the sale so the salesman could show a high en I will never buy a car from them again. Ever!! When I purchased the Elantra I got left in the middle of the sale so the salesman could show a high end floor model to a gentleman. Finally got through that and was sent to finance. I have never been pressured so hard to buy a warranty. He was pushy and rude. Told me I was making a huge mistake and tried to shame me for not buying their warranty. The day we bought the car the tire was low on air. They said they would fix it. They did not. We had to take the car over three times because they couldn’t find the leak. Come to find out they were not even inspecting it right. We had to insist they take the tire off the car and try harder. We have had two cylinders go out. They couldn’t fix it the first time due to no code. Back and forth we went and finally it threw the code so I drove straight over to them and they had to fix it at that point. We just picked the car up today due to auto headlight sensor not working. They have had it three weeks and we had to wait a month for that appointment. Said they can’t find the problem so it’s still not fixed, it’s still not working and it’s still under warranty. Lisa was our handler. Never called us. We had to call her many times for an update. She is a terrible communicator and rude. Service manager doesn’t care they give terrible service. Then they tried to charge us a $140 for something they never fixed!! You think your buying a great care with a great warranty but they don’t fix the problems!! Stay away!! Service is horrible. More

Dear DealerRater, I was told to contact you from the Corporate Hyundai Office. This email is regarding a 2014 Hydundai Tuscon I had purchased on 7/19/2022. I was assisted in the purchase of this vehicle Corporate Hyundai Office. This email is regarding a 2014 Hydundai Tuscon I had purchased on 7/19/2022. I was assisted in the purchase of this vehicle by the salesman, I was told the vehicle was new to the lot and I had asked multiple questions knowing this. Later to find out less than 24 hrs into the purchase I was sold a faulty and unsafe vehicle that had an engine recall on it. The night of the purchase I drove out of the lot only to find out make break lights went out immediately...less than 100 yards. I returned and was told by the lead of sales to take it to Pep Boys or check the warranty. I drove into the service area where I was assisted. I drove home after less than 20 miles, before my engine started to fail and I stalled out on cedar bluff barely avoiding a wreck. The next morning I tried to drive to the dealership and the vehicle's engine blew. I was threatened to not tow it up there or I would have to pay a tow fee off their lot, and that I'd have to check warranty. I had the vehicle diagnosed by a Certified Mechanic telling me it was due to a recall less than 48 hrs. I went to Grayson the following Monday where I was refused a copy of my contract and warranty, and my salesman physically and aggressively approached me. None of the contracts I was given had any of my signatures on them. Before the time of the sale, the sales escorted my sister and I to the service area to speak to the lead mechanic where we were told the recalls had been fixed. He also signed off on the report saying it was fixed. As of now I've had no help trying to resolve this until yesterday. My income and credit was juiced and the paperwork isn't adding up. I was charged Two Thousand for a warranty that will be dropped due to this even though Hyundai is responsible due to a class action lawsuit. We have been lied to and I have witnesses. I've paid Ten Thousand dollars and I have a vehicle that exploded within 20 miles and 24 hrs. I filed a claim with Corporate, I will also be in contact with the BBB, Attorney General, Department of Motor Vehicle, and the news station consumer affairs. After a meeting yesterday we reviewed the consumer affairs act of 2015, as well as a recent recall act that was in place before this purchase, this is is not lemon law. Never in my life have I felt so helpless. This is supposed to be a reputable company. I've worked 70 hour weeks to save up for this only to be accosted, robbed, and given the run-around. I've called surrounding dealerships only to find that there is a 6 month waiting period????? Grayson Hyundai is responsible for knowingly selling me a vehicle that had a recall and is now faulty in other aspects. it has depreciated the value and is unsafe. The Tucson is now sitting in my parking lot. I originally asked to use my money for another vehicle and was turned away. I am hoping that this Corporation does not treat all their customers like this. At this time, the only solution I see that would resolve this situation is I want my money back and would like some professional help from Grayson Hyundai. This whole incident could have been resolved from the date of me purchasing this vehicle, I tried to send him an email over my concerns of the car that day, the email address was invalid on his business card. I am truly at my breaking point, I have spent well over a thousand dollars to rent a car, just so I can keep my job & get to where I need to go. I am so discouraged and disappointed in the way this whole thing has been handled and need a resolution soon. This whole situation feels criminal and unacceptable for anyone having to deal with in the purchasing of a car. So disappointed with this Corporation and truly believe Buyer BEWARE !!!! More
