I recently co-purchased a 2012 Outback Limited from Grayson. I am 70 years old and have purchased many cars in my life. We drove from Sylva, NC to purchase a car from Grayson because Seath had gone out of his way to get the car we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. When we arrived and met with Dennis, we could have not been more pleased. He is a great person and very professional. I can not remember the name of the finance person, but while he was professional, had he been the first contact with Grayson, I would have bought somewhere else. I would NOT recommend coming here. I came in sweats because I didn't feel like dressing up the day of my visit and it literally took 30 minutes before someone came and said hi to me. We bought a used car with hail damage. We were told the cost to repair the damage would be around $2,000 to $3,000. The next day, after we purchased the car, we had an estimate and it was $7,000. We were told that the estimate might go down in a few months. We feel we were taken advantage of. Grayson already recievd a check from their insurance company, probably for $7,000 or more. Then they make us feel we are getting a deal and have us believe the repairs will only be $2,000. They made an extra $5,000 by leadind us to belive the repair would be much cheaper. This is not the way to get repeat customers. We called the very next day after purchase to request to turn the car back in and get our trade in back. This request was denied. More
