The Service Advisers always greet me promptly and make me feel well informed of the work that was completed and what recommendations are being made. We recently bought a used 2022 Subaru Outback from Great Lakes Toyota/Subaru. It was a new trade in and needed detailed before we could take it home. We waited for that to be done and upon looking it over n Lakes Toyota/Subaru. It was a new trade in and needed detailed before we could take it home. We waited for that to be done and upon looking it over noticed a few cosmetic flaws. The salesman said no problem he would schedule to have everything handled. After waiting to hear from him to get back to us, we decided to message him and then call him. After a couple of weeks we called the dealership and talked to the manager, Todd. He scheduled the work to be done on the car and told us when we could bring it in. Todd kept us updated on the progress of the paint touch ups, a replacement piece of the plastic that goes around one of the windows, etc. After a few days he called and said our vehicle was ready to be picked up. We drove the rental car (which was a brand new Outback) back to the dealership. We were greeted by friendly staff who took us to Todd's office, where he greeted us with a hello and a handshake. Our car was brought around to us, and I want to tell you, it sparkled on the outside and the areas on the outside were fixed and you couldn't tell they were ever there. The inside had been detailed and was fresh and clean and swept out very thoroughly compared to the first day we took it home! We absolutely LOVE our 2022 Subaru Outback now! Todd and his team went above and beyond to make us happy with our purchase. Thank you so much! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
