This is my fourth Truck from Greenbrier and I have always been treated as a repeat customer and felt like I was important. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Toney can sell a truck. Pay him to stay. I will be going back to him next Truck.

This is my third vehicle I purchased from Greenbrier Dodge. Every vehicle I purchased was through Winfred Toney. He is an amazing salesmen who always has a smile on his face and extremely knowledgeable. As soon as I stepped foot into the dealership I felt his main focus was on my needs and what I wanted. I highly recommend not only the dealership but also Winfred Toney to all my friends who are looking for a new or used vehicle.

Bill George is an excellent salesperson. We told him what we wanted and he made it happen quickly. Very highly motivated staff, we weren't there very long at all and pleased with the whole experience. Truly as the name says, "The most fun you will ever have buying a new car."

Kevin Wilder was our salesman, and was as pleasant as could be. Our intention, initially, was to discover pricing, options, and start seriously thinking about what we wanted in a new car. Fortunately for us, Kevin, John, and Ryan worked tirelessly to try to find a particular colored car with the options we wanted. Alas, that was not to be... which probably turned out to be a good thing. We chose, instead, to purchase the very vehicle we had initially test drove. Kevin's patience (especially the patience), John and Ryan's perseverance, and all three's teamwork combined the "car of our dreams" with very good rebates/discounts and left us very pleased with all involved. Kita wrapped up all the financing quickly and efficiently, which was a very pleasant surprise! I cannot say enough about the positive purchasing experience we had at GreenBrier Dodge!

Staff was very pleasant to work with. Not pushy and worked hard to put me in a vehicle meeting my criteria. Show room is very pleasant and sets a friendly and fun atmosphere. I traveled approximately 100 miles from home to visit this dealer, based on their Web Page postings and what I believed to be fairing pricing on some of their vehicles. Lesa (Internet Sales) was very pleasant to communicate with over the phone and she was empathetic to my remote location, budget ranges, & vehicle requirements ; ensuring vehicles meeting those requirements where available to view upon my visit. It was a pleasure working with Anthony (Sales). The sales staff was patient ,thorough, and knowledgeable about their products . I found them to be focused and responsive to meeting my criteria's, ensuring I got into a vehicle; that I'm delighted with. I was given a thorough tour a the facility and services available to me. Although I've yet to utilize the vehicle service department, it looks to be very organized and clean. Like a shop I'd assume to be focused on quality workmanship; a place I'd consider having service my vehicles. Kita (Finance), was also a pleasure to work with. She was friendly ,thorough ,and knowledgeable; effectively communicating all financing and extended program options available to me. Overall; very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable staffing & facility. I'd definitely visit them again on future purchases and would recommend Greenbrier Dodge to my friends & family.

My wife and I went to see Toney to trade in a vehicle that we purchased from another dealer that will remain namless at this time. Toney found us a 2007 Suzuki XL-7 that was perfect fit. Toney did not pressure us or try to put us in a vehicle that was not a good fit. He was professional, polite, courteous and answered all of our questions. Kita in finance was a massive help in getting us financed as we were upside down in our other vehicle. She got the deal done and now my family and I have a safe reliable vehicle.

Let me start off by saying as a general rule, I DO NOT like salesmens. This dealership was the 4th dealership we visited and Ryan was the only person who LISTENED to what my requirements were then showed me a vehicle that filled every one of them and more. He started out under the hood pointing out features and proceeded around the entire vehicle. I went back a week later and bought the vehicle from him. The only reason I went back to him was because he knew his stock and took the time to listen to what I required. I did not have to "settle" or choose between features. Everything I wanted was in one vehicle. The only draw back is the paperwork took several hours to finish. I bought my house in far less time then it took to buy this vehicle. Would recommend this dealership to anyone!

My family and I went to Greenbrier Dodge to see what i could get for my 2004 jeep. We were not really looking to by a newer car at the time. When we arived there, we got to set down with Mr Lassiter. He asked us is we were thursty and a few other none sales related questions before we even started talking about cars. I told him that my credit score wasn't the best and i didn't want to have a heavy car not. He fully understood my need and didn't try to sale me a dream. At no time did Mr. Lassiter try to talk me into buying a car i could not afford. While i was there my Wife and I were looking around and saw a 2007 Nissan Maxima aka the car i always wanted. I went to go talk to Gaythan about that car and it was like he read my mind because he already had me financed for it. It was a bit more then i wanted to pay, but totally worth it.Mr. Lassiter and the staff at Greenbrier Dodge were very professional and friendly the hole time we where there. Gaythan even help my Wife and I put all me stuff into our new car. And gave use a rundown on the car so we wouldn't be totally lost. i would highly recommend going there. My Wife was so happy and pleased that in 2014 when We are ready to go get another car that were coming back there.

Military family with a new baby and in need of a reliable vehicle. We knew what we were looking for, but Ryan was very helpful and professional in providing the information we needed to make a decision. We were very pleased with the quality of service. I would recommend Greenbrier Dodge to anyone in the Hampton Roads area.
