Mathew was my sales rep. he was outside when we arrived and I told him the truck I was interested in,he went and got the keys then went on a test drive .i went back 2 days lat he was outside when we arrived and I told him the truck I was interested in,he went and got the keys then went on a test drive .i went back 2 days later with a check and bought the 2020 ford f250 super duty truck.he was very helpful and professional and if I buy another vehicle it will be definitely from him. Very unhelpful and condescending experience with their service guy. Told me my car’s issue was just standard operation, even with me providing proof, and wouldn’t even inspect it. Took it instead to Mall service guy. Told me my car’s issue was just standard operation, even with me providing proof, and wouldn’t even inspect it. Took it instead to Mall of GA Ford where they took me seriously, confirmed that it was a real and severe issue, and fixed it. Guess someone here does not want the extra business More
