Needed a scheduled maintenance for my MKX, and Steven Bullister and the folks at Greene Ford’s Service Department couldn’t have made it any easier. Steve scheduled it to be convenient with my schedule, Bullister and the folks at Greene Ford’s Service Department couldn’t have made it any easier. Steve scheduled it to be convenient with my schedule, dropped it off, and I received a call soon after when it was ready. It was thoroughly inspected and serviced giving me peace of mind until the next time. That’s when it will come back to Greene Ford for a repeat performance as they have done for so many years. Wife’s car wouldn’t start in the morning, so I jumped the battery and took it up to Greene Ford’s service department where Steven Bullister was in the service lane waiting to greet me. Explained what happen battery and took it up to Greene Ford’s service department where Steven Bullister was in the service lane waiting to greet me. Explained what happened and he said, “No problem. Leave it with me and we’ll get it sorted out.” He did exactly that and more! Within a short time I had a text that it was fixed up with a new battery installed and on its way to my wife’s office in time for her to have it at lunch. No one could expect nor ask for better treatment than that. Thank you! More

I needed The Works package done and new tires for my old truck, but I didn’t need to look any further than the Greene Ford Service Department. Time and again they’ve provided my family the best deal on tir truck, but I didn’t need to look any further than the Greene Ford Service Department. Time and again they’ve provided my family the best deal on tires and service, far and above any dealership we’ve ever dealt with. Steve Bullister got me fixed up as usual, going beyond my expectations, and had the technician (Mr. Garcia) provide my truck a safe and secure contact to the road. Ms. Medina greeted me with her beautiful smile and kind words which always make paying for services so pleasant. My truck may be old, but she looks fantastic and those folks keep her running even better than she looks. Thank you all again! More

After 16 years and 110K+ miles we had an actual engine issue. The #2 injector failed, triggering the Check Engine Light. Took it to Steve at Greene Ford’s service department and their service tech (Diep issue. The #2 injector failed, triggering the Check Engine Light. Took it to Steve at Greene Ford’s service department and their service tech (Diep Nguyen) advised, ordered replacement parts, and had it back like new in 48 hours at a very reasonable cost. She’s purring like a kitten and as good as she rolled off the assembly line! All thanks to the great folks at Greene Ford’s service department. More

The issues that I have is not with the employees (as they are always friendly) it is with the dealership. For someone that works from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm it is hard to schedule an appointment when the dealer are always friendly) it is with the dealership. For someone that works from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm it is hard to schedule an appointment when the dealer opens at 7:30 and closes at 5:30. This is also aggravated by the fact that they are not open on Saturdays. I bought 2 vehicles from Greene in 2017 and actually sold one because it was too hard to schedule services. The one that I do have I find myself taking it to someone else to service even though i would prefer it to be serviced at the dealership. More
