This is almost a month ago now, bud. Your service manager minimized my complaint, verified NONE of the details I told him were verifiable, and then told me there was nothing they could do. So, I went to regional. I'll let them and court handle it. Thanks though. It would be really great if customers didn't have to drag your dealerships name through the mud to get what they paid for.

It turns out the brake pads were moved to a rarely used compartment in my vehicle, therefore I'd like to apologize for accusing the staff at Greenway of theft. However, the service in question still remains borderline theft in my experience and I still will not be returning. They did not address the lights on my dash, nor the ever increasing vibration that is probably due to motor mounts going bad on a brand new vehicle..... Worst vehicle buying experience I've ever had, but I can't blame that on Greenway. Just the service after. Warranties are basically worthless if you don't have a good dealership to service your vehicle because after going to them 3-5 times, the amount of problems a 2015 vehicle has had in it's first 3 years, is just ridiculous and unheard of. So I won't be buying from jeep again either. Regardless, I apologize for the accusation. Greenways service department still has a lot of work to do, but luckily theft isn't one of the things that needs addressing. Thank you.
