A friend of ours for over 30 years, recently purchased from your dealership and recommended Greenway with the referral of their sales person. This time of year, my husband travels a good bit, so on a recent trip, l accompanied him to Orlando, specifically to check out your lot. We asked for Harry McKenzie and he was EVERYTHING that our friend said he would be...a GEM! We stressed to Harry what we were needing to do prior to the purchasing process; and instead of being pushy and trying to hurry us along, he took the time to HEAR us! Amazingly, Harry outlined our options and explained what our next steps would be to buy even sooner than we expected! Who does that?! Harry does!! Our next trip to Orlando will be to get our cars. Troy is an excellent car salesman who will try his best to meet your car needs, which includes getting the best price, rebates, terms, etc. (I think magic may be involved here). Not only is he the best salesman on earth, he makes you feel that you are a special customer, providing you with personalized service and attention and sticks with you every step in the process to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your purchase. Between my family and me, we have purchased our last 10 vehicles from Troy, and I am actually looking to trade up to another vehicle in early 2019. I only have one issue... every time I go to Greenway Ford I feel like balloons, streamers and confetti should drop because I am always made to feel that I am a VIP anytime I go there....
