I took my truck into Greenway Ford for the recall on the transmission. They told me I needed to do the re-scan for the recall and that would finish everything that the recall involved. My cousin works at Ford and has clearly stated that there’s a rescan a new valve that’s supposed to go in and a new wiring harness that’s supposed to go in and if that still hasn’t fixed the ongoing problem Ford was supposed to replace the transmission free of charge. They did not do the valve or wiring harness and had me do a diagnostic that cost me 80 bucks just for them to tell me that I need to pay them to replace the transmission. I will never take any of my vehicles to Greenway again or make any future purchases. They also have horrible customer service. I sat there waiting 25 minutes for them to bring my truck around when there was five employees sitting there waiting to bring vehicles around just to see them finally bring my truck around, stomping on the gas and pulling in. More

They make you wait for the warranty to cover it. If I paid out of my pocket my car would be ready. I like fords but my next car will not be a Ford. 50,000 for a car that fords warranty is making me wait. More

Avoid the service department. They snapped a lug nut key and told us they would replace it and call back. That was 16 days ago. I have nothing but regret with this dealership. I paid the dealership for a simple oil change and have had nothing but expenses, ruined pavers in my driveway and empty promises. The tech that changed the oil in my car spilled oil all over the engine, did not clean it and sent the car out. I was smelling burning oil for days before they figured out that the technician that changed my oil was incompetent. Then, the dealership sends out a Jim Rebera who never follows through with the work promised by the dealership. I now have oil stained pavers in my driveway and issues with my HOA because the dealership's technician did sloppy work. What's crazy is that Jim thinks that cleaning the pavers with Muratic acid is a good idea. That way, after he removes all color from the pavers and washes the acid down the driveway, the dealership can pay to replace my entire driveway. I have never seen such an unprofessional place of business. Jim stood in my driveway and made empty promises about not quiting until I was happy. Guess what? Jim just like the dealership and their management lied. I am still owed $150.00 that I paid for pressure washing the driveway. This dealership is xxxx. All I need is for them to fix what the sloppy technician did. More
