Best Service you can receive Abel was great in taking care of my car and getting me a ride home. Car was not ready on time because of parts being delayed so I was able to get a rental because of a medic care of my car and getting me a ride home. The service is real bad. I brought my truck to them and spent 10,000 with them plus 2000 more thousands on the rental car and they had my truck 6 weeks. But they replaced that after I had to almost get my attorney involved. I went in last week for a oil change with appointment and my appointment was for 2:30. I GOT THERE AT 2:30 AND LFET AT 6:05, MY INVOICE WAS IN THE BOX FOR 10 TO 15MINS. BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO PAY AND I WAS STANSING AT THE COUNTER. GREENWAY FORD HAS THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER. TJIS COMPANY WILL NEVER GET ME THE THIRD TIME. More

We had our car towed to them over a month ago while visiting Florida and to-date we are unable to get a straight status on what is going on with the car. They were working on the door alarm system and heater core. When calling we get conflicting stories from Service techs and Mgr and yesterday they said our car is full of water.... Why is it full of water, no answer. Today, 10/7/22 when calling they just keep hanging up on Ed. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Having to send our Son who lives in Florida there today to see if he can find our car.
