At the beginning it was a little frustrated because we had our car towed to the dealer. Nothing was done for a few days until I went in person to inquire about what’s goin on with the car. Apparently they had our car towed to the dealer. Nothing was done for a few days until I went in person to inquire about what’s goin on with the car. Apparently they could locate it, until finally Josh from service booked for it and tracked it down. Josh was great in updating me step by step as to what’s going on with the car. Finally it all worked out and we are happy that we got the car back. John was very knowledgeable and very polite. More
