Chuck, service manager, was so gracious on the phone before I got there. He took care of me when I got there and introduced me to the body shop manager, Eric. Someone ran into my car so I needed body before I got there. He took care of me when I got there and introduced me to the body shop manager, Eric. Someone ran into my car so I needed body work and to check my windshield washer which had quit working from something else entirely. Chris, the painter, came out and promised the paint color would match and he would also take out a major scratch on the side of the car. Eric called me to let me know the progress of my car's repairs. I went back to get my car and it was perfect! Paint matched on my 10-year-old car! Scratch was gone. Washers worked! I left and the "check engine" light came on which wasn't on before the accident. I took it right back. They immediately took it in to have it put on the machines to see what the problem was. Apparently, somehow the gas cap had come loose. They tightened it and checked the seals to make sure everything was okay. They were back in 20 minutes with my car in good shape. These folks couldn't have been nicer. It doesn't matter which Hyundai you drive or how old it is. They treat everyone with respect, courtesy, and caring. When my wonderful car starts running down, I will ONLY buy another Hyundai. It truly makes you feel like family at this dealership. I'm so happy to own a Hyundai! More

When bringing my car for service Today I asked to check if all items were completed on last service that was signed for in my log book. But the items were not fully completed. I went to the dealership to take my 2011 Hyundai Sonata that I purchased at Universal Hyundai back in August of this year. While my vehicle was being serviced, I noticed that the 2012 Hyundai Sonata was ch that I purchased at Universal Hyundai back in August of this year. While my vehicle was being serviced, I noticed that the 2012 Hyundai Sonata was cheaper than the one I actually had which was used when I purchased it. I almost had a heart attack. That is when Juan came to the rescue. He told me that he could get me a brand new vehicle for the same price or close to what I was paying now. I thought he was lying.. Only two hours later, he made magic occurred and I walked out with a brand new 2012 Hyundai Sonata (that included the power package, which my 2011 did not have). I am so happy that I listened to Juan. He was great and now I have the vehicle I wanted from the beginning. More

I had a very smooth, hassle-free purchase experience with Jorge Cavero. I really only came in for an oil change, but ended up driving away in a brand-new car that had more features than my previous car, and Jorge Cavero. In addition, I got a lower monthly payment, a lower interest rate on my loan, a better extended warranty AND gap insurance on the new car! Chuck McIntosh is the service manager at Orlando Hyundai. I have been taking my cars there since 2002. He is easy to access; never too busy to answer my questions. He has helped me numerous times before. I have been taking my cars there since 2002. He is easy to access; never too busy to answer my questions. He has helped me numerous times before. This time I needed his help on a repair that was covered under the great 10-year, 100,000-mile power train warranty, two months before my car was going to be 10 years old. It involved several hundred dollars. But, because of his assistance in obtaining the proper authorization needed to approve this type of repair, (which was a matter that was never encountered by him before), the repair was approved as covered under the power train warranty. This is one of the many reasons I buy Hyundai cars from, and use the service department of, Orlando Hyundai and its extraordinary service department under the supervision of its terrific service manager, Chuck McIntosh. More
