Alex was great! Very friendly and worked with me to get the best price. He was not pushy and did not haggle back and forth but got me in the car I wanted for the price I wanted. My husband and I visited the new dealership on Sunday Jan.29,2012 to look at the Kia Sorento as we have never owned a Kia before and were considering one as to the warranty that they come with. Eddie was Jan.29,2012 to look at the Kia Sorento as we have never owned a Kia before and were considering one as to the warranty that they come with. Eddie was the salesperson that greeted us with a smile and helped us in making our decision to purchase one. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and able to answer the questions we had.He also introduced us to the service writer Chad, who was very pleasant also and answered questions on the service of the car for us. We put a down payment on the car that day and went back on Monday Jan.30,2012 to pick up the car. We had a cashiers check made out for the purchase of car and before we signed all the papers was told about what the 100,000 mile waqrraqnty did and did not cover. We were told at that time as to how much extra we would have to pay if we wanted all things covered under the 100,00 mile warranty. I was shocked at that point! I would suggest that that should be brought up when a customer is negotiating the price of the car so that they would know as to how much more money they would have to spend to have it covered for 10 years or the 100,000 miles. My husband and I were both under the impression on Sunday when we agreed to buy the car that more things were covered under the 100,000 mile warranty. Linda & Richard Cromlish More

Chad has serviced my car in the past so now when I bring it in for service I always ask for him. He has always seemed interested and concerned. His interactions with me have been very pleasant so I feel co it in for service I always ask for him. He has always seemed interested and concerned. His interactions with me have been very pleasant so I feel comfortable leaving my car. I trust him to help me prioritize the services and repairs needed. When the car has been in for a length of time he calls me to update me on the progress. I feel that when I leave my car in his care that he will do his best to make sure the car will receive the service/repair that it needs. More
I had a transmission problem with my car and needed to have it towed to a dealership for warranty repair. Even though I work on South Orange Blossom Trail RIGHT BEHIND the dealership, I decided to bring i have it towed to a dealership for warranty repair. Even though I work on South Orange Blossom Trail RIGHT BEHIND the dealership, I decided to bring it to Orlando East as that is where I bought it from and they are the ones I trust. Sure enough, they helped me with a big smile, fully explained what was wrong with my vehicle and what they were going to do to repair it, exactly how long it would take and provided me a very nice rental so I could get to work. The very next morning, they called me just as they had promised and my car was fixed and ready to go. Due to my work schedule I was not able to pick it up until after the Service Dept had closed. They made arrangments with the sales dept for me to return the rental and pick up my car after they were closed which was extremely helpful. This is my 2nd car I've bought from Kia and due to the AMAZING service Orlando East has provided me, I am now a lifetime customer and do not plan on going anywhere else for a vehicle. I work for a very large automotive school and will definitely be bragging not only on the Kia product but on this particular dealership. :) More
