I went in to meet Jim a day earlier than my scheduled appointment just to make sure we were on the same page and to see what was available. Charles went above and beyond what his job was. We were in a desperate situation and he continued to solve every challange that stood in our way. Finance Department needs to listen to the customers.When talking to the finance dept. We explained that we wanted the 2.9 % financing , then proceeded to ask us if we Liked Suntrust Bank. We did not want to talking to the finance dept. We explained that we wanted the 2.9 % financing , then proceeded to ask us if we Liked Suntrust Bank. We did not want to finance through Suntrust Bank. Then proceeded to put us with Suntrust Bank at a rate of 5.9% and this after sitting for an hour with them. I declined the deal unless they could put me with another bank which they did. More
