Everyone was super busy when I walked in and didn’t acknowledge me nor did anyone say hello.I felt pressured to sign the paper as well as he gave me a quote for my monthly payment but when I sat down w acknowledge me nor did anyone say hello.I felt pressured to sign the paper as well as he gave me a quote for my monthly payment but when I sat down with the financier he gave me another quote and said he can’t do anything about it. Also when I wanted to drive the car for a second time the sales men basically asked me why, then when I got home and a light lit up on the dash. Now I’m stuck with a possible messed up car that might not last me a while and a high monthly payment. Not a happy with this location. A customer even got into it with one of the mangers. Wish my sales person and finance person could have explained the process better over all. More

Tony has absolutely no customer service skills. He was rude and dismissive. I had an appointment to have my recalls check which they kept my car for the day and then called at 4:30 to say they didn He was rude and dismissive. I bought my car here but will not be a repeat customer. Avoid this service department. More

My service tech Tony was super awesome! . I have been a customer of this location for over 5 years now and have had a few hiccups before. But recently, Greenway Kia's service department has . I have been a customer of this location for over 5 years now and have had a few hiccups before. But recently, Greenway Kia's service department has regained my undying loyalty because of Tony and his team. He worked with me to fit my service needs into my budget, offered me a payment plan and even looked into discounts that could be applied to help me out. He kept in contact with updates while my car was in service - and even expedited a follow-up that I had, so that I could be home in time for my granddaughter's school bus. Kudos to Tony! More
