During negotiations we discussed the charger cable, which they claimed the vehicle had but then they couldn’t find it. The manager on duty told us “Don’t worry about it. We will get you one.” Since we purchased the vehicle, I have called once a week asking for an eta on the charger. Today, this female manager on duty told me, “We don’t have to get you one. You need to buy it yourself,” and hung the phone up on me. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Take your business somewhere else! DO NOT SHOP HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! More
