2019 Acura MDX listed for 29,900. price 4/11/23 31,000 plus 995 kia west loyalty, plus luxcare 1,595 plus admin fee 249.95 plus dealer fee 899.95 plus PTA fee 99.95. This is along way from the Cars.com price of 29,995 when we first called or even the 31,000 when the total price from Ray Paz and Manager Paul French. Purchased out of state 2020 Mdx and only fee was 245. Your true cost is over 34,800.

This response is a sham. I directly reached out to the general manager, Alberto Ahumada 3 times while attempting to rectify this situation and never received a single response. Yes, the issue was resolved. After 2 unnecessary weeks of pain and frustration and 7 days without the legal use of my car (which I have received no compensation for). If you are truly about "timely and straightforward professionalism" start with having employees set up their voicemail so customers can leave a message. Then have your employees call customers back when they do. Then when they call them back, have them tell the truth and follow through on commitments. Future readers of my review and your response might be convinced by your insincere and grossly inaccurate response but those of us that have already done business with your company know better.
