I’m truly astonished by the way we’re treated over at Kia West. We were prepared and totally ready to buy a car that we’ve had our eye on for some time. We called and spoke with someone who told us the car w West. We were prepared and totally ready to buy a car that we’ve had our eye on for some time. We called and spoke with someone who told us the car we were interested in was available and they would work on the price so we drove 45 minutes to go BUY the car. Upon walking in, we were greeted by Yuri then went over to Diego the salesman. Diego did not seem like he wanted a sale from the second we walked in however we still sat with him. When we discussed numbers he was being extremely rude and even spoke poorly about the location we were in. He was not looking to cut a deal nor talk numbers and when we asked him if we could speak with his manager he responded no and showed us out. NEVER have I experienced something like this at any dealership and I would never recommend someone to come here. More

PLEASE 🙏 avoid this place, especially Farid the finance manager. Also, do research on the vehicle, WHY, they jacked up the price to $30,000 on a vehicle that's worth $24,000. The vehicle had a $24,499 price tag, we go the following week, price tag says $30,000, WHAT!!!! Inflation is 3.5%, I'm no dummy, how does that add up = I want your money. More
My daughter purchased a used vehicle from Greenway Kia West Orlando in May of this year. The vehicle was not even due for an oil change and broke down in Sept. She called several times as I did. The customer service was less than par and rude at times. They never got me to a supervisor even though I had requested it several times. They also have a good amount of complaints on the Better Business Burial. I am also making a complaint as the vehicle broke down within 4 months. It seems like they sell used cars as lemons and don't care who it effects. This is the worst car experience anyone can have!!!! And there should be an option for a 0 star rating. Also I don't need any response from the dealership on this rating, I will wait on the BBB complaint response. I also advise anyone having a terrible experience to go to Better Business Burial and also place a complaint. This scam should not keep going on. The Owner should be ashamed!!! More

Robert Powers IV tried to steal our $2k deposit after our deal fell through because he lied about the numbers. He said one thing and then tried to change the deal on us several times. We ended up going to another Kia lot and got a Telluride there, so when Robert found out he became very rude with us. Claimed we wasted 3hrs of his time (which is his job anyways) and continued to give us the run around. Robert said our check would be ready on a certain day and made us drive 4 hours from Tallahassee just to claim he never said our check was going to be here (even though we have screenshots of him saying it would be) then he proceeded to yell and argue with us in front of all the customers. He said because we gave our business to someone else they weren’t willing to work with us. He literally started to play petty games with us and act extremely childish. His manager Mac Cumbur sat there and allowed him to yell and argue with us. Even banged on the wall and desk showing anger towards us because we simply wanted our refund back, since we did not make any deals or get any vehicle. Robert Powers and Mac Cumbur continued to lie to us and say they were processing our refund when they never did. We had to go to the higher ups to get our money back. I WOULD NEVER give Greenway Kia West my business. Be CAREFUL they will scam you and try to steal your money! They will lie about numbers and deals and treat you very rude if you choose not to purchase a car from them. More
It was the most terrible experience ever. If I could give them negative -10 stars I would. I would tell everyone to run not walk away from this place but run! They gave me a car without finalizing actual paperwork, told me I could finance a car on my own knowing I needed a co-signer. And kept raising my payments pretty much for unknown reason, went from $485 to $552, had unnecessary fees on the car. When it came to signing the actual paperwork they refused to send my co-signer the documents and therefore had to cancel the deal and I had to bring the car back after a week! Very unprofessional don’t know how to do business and they lie every time they get a chance. They checked my credit 20 times just to go to the same lenders that first checked my credit which was there in house financing. Lied to me and said there was no more credit checks. Liars who do not know how to conduct a real business and will anything even if it’s illegal to get you a car. I dealt with Jaris Dennis and Farid the finance manager. My credit went down because of all those checks and when I would ask them simple questions they went in circles, answers never added up and it was all lies from the start. I would never go here again and I pray they go out of business. More
The dealership is unable to perform any real maintenance on weekends. They are only open until 4 pm on Saturdays and have told me all they really are staffed for is oil changes Brought my car in because e on weekends. They wanted to charge TWO separate diagnostic fees of roughly $250 each, which would be applied to the repair. They told me it was because the lights were from 2 different systems and they had to take each system apart to figure out the issues. I asked if they didn't’ just hook it up to a computer to find the problem. I was told if That’s all it took, everyone would just to to Discount Auto. I went home and calked Claremont Kia. They wanted one fee of $170 to do the diagnoses. Service rep said it was no big deal cause your already hooked to the computer. I will not go back to a Greenway Kia again. I bought 5 Kias from them over the years. Their inability to service cars on weekends always annoyed me. Now I feel they tried to gouge me on the diagnostic and lied about the process. More
On March 19, 2022 my boyfriend and I went to Greenway Kia to buy our leased car. We had a scheduled a appointment with Ricardo Ojeda and as soon as we arrived to meet with Ricardo, we could already tell he h to buy our leased car. The whole entire time, he was on his phone and slouching in the chair as if we were the ones wasting his time and bothering him. Keep in mind it is his job to sell us the car and answer all of our questions. After that he gave us a paper with the cars price and additional fees. Since it was our first time buying a car we had lots of questions about the extra fees being charged. And when we asked Ricardo what theses charges are, he got extremely frustrated, when we ask him what the ARPT fees are. So we asked him if he could find out for us. Ricardo immediately sighed, got up from his chair stomping away like a 5 year old. We were so confused on his behavior, and asked if we were bothering. Then he turned around he cam charging at us and ripped the paper out of my boyfriend’s hand, and shouted “I’m not f*****g doing this anymore”,then stormed off before we could even say something. After being humiliated in front of the whole entire dealership, we went to speak to the Sales manger Mac Cumbur. And the first thing he asked us was “What did you guys do to provoke my employee”. We were so furious we tried to explain to him what just happened, but all he said “I’m sorry, but you people always act like that”. And I’m pretty sure “you people” he meant black people, which my boyfriend is black. Which made us even more furious, at this point I just wanted to to cry. So I asked Mac Cumbur if we could go to a office, somewhere more private. He refused to talk to us in private and just kept humiliating us to the entire salesfloor. After getting no where I felt so defeated, I had no choice but to go into a random private office and cry. After this whole situation to this very day the sales men who disrespected us in front of everyone, is still employed as if nothing ever happened. These folks have absolutely earned their overall rating of barely a 2.5. My daughter and I visited today to test drive a Forte. We met with Rachel (she was nice enough) to discuss the purchase. I informed her of our approved amount (which is in line with the current MSRP) on the vehicle. By the time the back and forth with finance was done, the vehicle was pretty much about $10,000 over the market. The justification for this was low inventory and some bullcrap thing called "central Florida price increase" or some foolishness). Rachel "explained" that ALL dealers were doing this and that no one would be able to give me an MSRP that is not at an 18% markup or high because of the market. In my research with Edmunds, Forbes, and the Attorney General for Florida. Anything over 20% is gouging. They are managing to keep their deception just below 20%. It's outrageous and people are paying for it. We had a trade and a check from our bank. To add insult to injury, the showroom was crowded and dirty in appearance, with tons of people (employees) standing around chit-chatting or on their cell phones (too many staff...roughly about 15 of them) standing around doing a bunch of nothing. To add insult to injury one of the managers was smoking a VAPE inside. GROSS! Do Better Greenway. I understand that you guys are making your money because of the economy and the other deceivers such as yourself. The entire 30 minutes spent there was too long. We will never return there or to ANY Greenway showroom! Terrible customer experience. More
