It’s rare for me to write a review but in this case I think it’s warranted. The sales experience was pleasant. Not pushy, also not “exceptional”, but nothing to complain about. On one hand the post-sale communication started off terrible when we had issues with the car. I never received calls back I was promised, received mixed/conflicting or inaccurate answers to questions. Sales referred me to service. Service referred me back to sales. After having my car for a week we were told they wouldn’t fix it. At that point a general manager got involved and the experience was *much* better. I was impressed at how hard they worked to turn a bad situation into a very good outcome. I think the way a company deals with complicated customer issues is very important and in this aspect I was very pleased to work with them. At this stage they seemed honest and to be dealing in good faith. They seemed to genuinely care about their customers’ experience. Given the conclusion I’m giving a high rating. The only big issue was the communication in the middle. That was largely the service department. More
I visited your shop for an oil change with an appointment scheduled in advance. However, I ended up waiting for over three hours.
