I had the worst experience at this location. I dropped my vehicle off on Dec.11 and my service advisor never kept in touch with me about the diagnosis of my vehicle at all. When I did hear from hear I was that they need to replace my radiator fan was 1,400 dollars. After, that she told I need a thermostat. My car was ther for another 5 days 😪. I finally go pick up my car they charged me 3% for using my credit card. They pull car out it was dirty with a flat tire. Then they didn't wanna put air in the tire nor clean it. This is the worst location I've ever visited. More

My experience with Greenway Kia West was frustrating and left me disappointed in the brand. So much I'm questioning whether to trade my Kia for a different car. I purchased a vehicle less than a month ago. left me disappointed in the brand. So much I'm questioning whether to trade my Kia for a different car. I purchased a vehicle less than a month ago. I brought the vehicle in to check a flat tire. I was then told after waiting for a few hours that nothing was wrong.Even though I pressed them that the tire pressure monitoring system was on. I was told that the only problem was a flat tire. I then got the tire replaced at a another location and the monitor was still on. I had to bring this back to Kia waited now 5 hours and they told me that tire company broke my stem valve. I then took the car back to that tire company. Who showed me that the stem valve in fact was not broken. So now I am going to have to go to kia a third time to get this issue fixed, and I will not be returning to greenway, kia west ever. More
