Although I had an appointment scheduled for 1130am for a basic oil change and 5k mile maintenance it took over three hours to get done. I was advised that they were running behind and it would take few hour basic oil change and 5k mile maintenance it took over three hours to get done. However Tony was great with communication and transparency when getting the price established and partner up with the the fiance manager to honor my second free oil change when buying the vehicle and he even went the extra mile to apply a military discount to the bill!! Over all I would say it was worth the wait and good service. More
