had the shuttle take me home. I texted Jessica she didn’t text me back so I called she said my recall is taking a while. Ok cool no problem. I texted her asking what time the shuttle service stops running. She never texted me back. I called the service line she said she don’t know but she thinks 5:30 or 6:00. She took my number down and she she’ll call me back. She never did. I texted Jessica 40 mins after she sent me a text saying the car is ready. This is ridiculous I had to pay $20 for a Uber when I was trying to get a ride with the shuttle before it stopped running. I don’t understand what’s the point of having a text chat with the representative if she’s not going to use it. More

Came in for scheduled maintenance service by appointment. Was told about the recall so I opted to have it done since my car would already be there. Things happen, I know but I was made aware that the service techs broke something on my car. I was offered a rental but the status of my car was never communicated to me. I always had to call or come to the dealership to find out what was going on. When I got my car back, the battery was completely dead. I had to end up getting a new battery. Yes, Kia did something to affect my battery. My car records. I saw them doing something with my battery at least twice… jumping it off or jumping another car off… not completely sure. I do know I had no issues with my battery before bringing it in. More
